"Since graduating from Mississippi State University in May 2024 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in painting, Maury has advanced her artistic career significantly. Represented by the Caron Gallery, which operates in both Tupelo and Laurel, Mississippi, Maury launched her collection Growing in Grace in August 2024. Inspired by her childhood in Tupelo, Maury created a beautiful collection of memories and nostalgia. 'In creating my collection Growing in Grace, I hope others can reflect on their own experiences of growing up and resonate with my paintings,' said Maury."

"During her studies at MSU, Maury focused on capturing human emotions within liminal or transitional spaces, drawing inspiration from photographs taken during her travels. Her evocative portraits from her thesis, Where Have You Been? Where Are You Going?, combined realism with narrative elements, often hinting at untold stories and moments of transformation. This approach laid the foundation for her post-graduate works, which seamlessly blend technical skill with interesting thematic exploration."
